How we work

To begin, we will ask you to complete a questionnaire that will help us to establish the type of experience you are seeking and talk to you to gain more insight into the types of travel you prefer. Then we will design your trip according to your answers, and within the budget you have set.

We will look for the best available prices for all of the options that we offer to you.  This may be through a wholesaler, or it could be from public booking sites - we aim to save you both time and money.  In a nutshell, we do all of the legwork for you and, using our considerable expertise in travel planning, aim to get you the best possible value we can.

Most of the time, we will be able to make all your bookings for you.  But, where we find a cheaper alternative on the same product that requires you to book directly, we will help you through the process.

Sometimes the deals we can secure will be time-sensitive - where this is the case, we will let you know immediately so that they can be secured if you wish to go ahead. 

​

Oh, and if you have frequent flyer points, we can work with you to secure free flights, if possible. That's another area of our expertise!
